It depends on customization depth and data quality. Lightly customized NAV 2015+ systems usually fit the upgrade path (code refactoring plus data migration). Heavily modified or very old systems (NAV 2009 and earlier) are often cheaper long-term to reimplement cleanly in BC Cloud, migrating master data and opening balances only.
