- Designed end-to-end workflow to process unread emails and identify job applications
- Extracted candidate data from email body and attachments (PDF, images) using AI
- Implemented OCR and text parsing for resumes across multiple file formats
- Generated structured candidate insights including fit score, risk assessment, and interview questions
- Automated storage of resumes in SharePoint and structured data in Google Sheets/Excel
- Enabled continuous processing with scheduling, batching, and email status updates
