Email2ERP — Bank Email to Journal Entry Automation
Project Overview
n8n workflow that reads incoming bank and expense emails, extracts transaction data using AI, and automatically creates journal entries in Navision/Business Central via API — eliminating manual data entry.
My Role & Contributions
- Designed end-to-end n8n workflow architecture
- Integrated Gmail/Outlook with n8n email trigger
- Used LLM (Groq/OpenAI) to extract structured transaction data from email body
- Built NAV/BC API connector to auto-post journal entries
- Added validation and error-handling logic
- Deployed for multiple client environments
