- Handled POS, HO, and store-level issues across multiple locations
- Resolved billing, payment, inventory, and data sync issues
- Troubleshot POS workflows, pricing, discounts, and barcode setups
- Performed data fixes for sales, inventory, and ledger inconsistencies
- Optimized SQL queries to improve POS and reporting performance
- Managed patches, enhancements, and hotfix deployments
- Coordinated with business users for issue analysis, UAT, and resolution
- Ensured smooth store operations with minimal downtime
