  • Designed WhatsApp notification workflows using n8n for business events
  • Integrated NAV/BC with WhatsApp APIs via n8n workflows
  • Automated messages for order confirmations, invoices, and alerts
  • Built dynamic message templates with customer and transaction data
  • Configured triggers, webhooks, and scheduled workflows in n8n
  • Handled API authentication, error handling, and retries
  • Synced message status/logs back to NAV/BC
  • Coordinated with users for template approval and testing
