- Integrated NAV with website to receive and create drop ship orders
- Automated order posting from portal to NAV
- Enabled vendors to upload customer receipt acknowledgements
- Synced order status and acknowledgements between portal and NAV
- Handled API integration, validation, and error handling
- Coordinated with vendors and users for testing and onboarding
