- Developed C/AL and AL logic for dynamic email content and attachments
- Integrated SMTP/email setup for reliable delivery
- Automated scheduled emails using job queue / background tasks
- Handled exception cases and retry mechanisms
- Coordinated with users for templates, testing, and validation
