Project Overview
Clearly Food & Beverage Company migrated from QuickBooks to Microsoft Business Central Cloud. The engagement ran from April to August 2025 covering discovery, configuration, data migration, and go-live support for this Canadian F&B business.
My Role & Contributions
- Served as Business Central Lead Techno-Functional Consultant
- Managed the full implementation from QuickBooks to Business Central Cloud
- Engaged with stakeholders through regular calls to ensure alignment on requirements and timelines
- Conducted discovery sessions with business users on the new BC system
- Analysed new requirements, determined approach, and developed AL code accordingly
- Validated opening balances and provided post-go-live support
